Nutrition

I am an expert in human behavior, so while I cannot make recommendations about the content or timing of nutrition, I can make suggestions about how to adhere to those recommendations once you’ve gotten them (or even decided for yourself what you want to do). Whatever you’ve chosen (increasing fruits and vegetables, decreasing portion sizes, decreasing animal product consumption or minimizing carbohydrates), I’ll provide structure to support you in adhering to your goals. Behavior analysis is at the heart of your ability to make change – and most importantly maintain that change over time (the hardest part, right?)

Please note that I am not: a nutritionist, dietician, medical doctor or any other professional who can give you advice about what to eat and how your diet will impact your overall health. If you think you need medical help, you should reach out to a professional with experience in nutrition and the physiology of the human body. The content on this page is focused on behavior change, that is, how to get yourself to adhere to changes to your nutrition once you’ve decided what you want those changes to be.
