Time Management

Time Management

Oh, if only there were more hours in the day! How many times have you said that!? Me, about a dozen a day! Being a parent is no joke and adding extra responsibilities like work, maintaining a home, and supporting your child’s (or children’s!) growth takes up A LOT of time. Over the years, I’ve used the behavior analytic literature to develop my own systems and processes for managing time. That got super charged when I had my son. I expected to be less productive and step back from many commitments – however, with a newfound schedule and plan, I accomplished more! I am not superhuman, I simply applied many of the principles we talk about on this website to my own behavior – and I’ll help you get there too! You can achieve work-life balance! You CAN work a reasonable workday and you CAN spend time with your family. Armed with science, you can construct your day and priorities in a way that makes sense for you and results in less stress and more time – really!!!
